I'm guessing that WWYC Toledo has had problems recently...
until today. They were coming in here quite well till 23:00
when they apparently cut power (listed as 3 watts night).
They ID'd as "WWYC Toledo the Christian Satellite Network".

They were in/out with WNWN Portage MI carrying Urban
Contemptible music and // 930 WTOU Battle Creek MI.

No sign of pest WKDO at that point.
