WRCR - 1700, 12/10, 2345Z missing

Apparently they were in there, but they were inaudible in WNY for quite a while. KBGG (Iowa) was clear for a while, then I heard an apparent HAR, "The Voice of Arlington" that I assume was from Virginia, not Texas. First time I've heard that one. By about 0015Z, WRCR was back fighting for domination.

Seems MW conditions are improving!
