WRCR, Spring Valley, NY, moving to 1700 kHz

Currently on 1300 kHz with 500 watts day and a whopping 83 watts at night. The official launch date for the new frequency is tomorrow, 14 July. They'll run 10kW days and 1kW nights.

I heard 'em testing on 29 June from 2015 ET with a Triple A ballgame, but haven't heard 'em since. Probably be a pest once they get going...
