I usually find the best DX is when the skies are clear but tonight it was snow turning to rain and DX conditions seemed decent at my locale in NJ.
Still picking up WMVX 1570 pretty good and has been the last few nights, very little splatter from WFME 1560. WQEW's music was on the loud side while WFME is quite subdued, less splatter.
WNST 1570 Townson, MD, sports talk, "WNST dot Net" came in strong most of the evening.
Tried finding more MD stations, WQLL 1370 "Baltimore's Greatest Hits". WBAL 1090 an old favorite, Orioles Baseball. WCBM 680 "News Radio" at the top of the hr and "FOX news" radio.
A surprise find was WFEA 1370 Manchester, NH. First time I've caught a NH station. When it fades WXXI Rochester, NY comes in. Both alternated and presented strong signals.
First time in a long, long while that I could hear WLW 700 in OH. Usually to much splatter from WOR in NY, plus that part of the dial has lots of "rushing air" so tuning there is a problem.
Looks like a lot of local traffic but nothing from any distance was heard tonight.
