Absolutely a good strong signal into WNY. I don't recognize any of the music, but ID at 2353Z. Mostly holding 10 over S9, but with some deep fades. Reported elsewhere as PRB!

Update: As of 0000UTC Radio Free Whatever (late) Halloween Show. Again, great signal on peaks, but completely gone on fades. Same xmtr as previous.

Gotta say: I truly enjoy the music that RFW plays: Things that I don't know but are really good. Like Radio 3 used to do.
