Radio Magic Eye 25900 AM 1550-1609* UTC 3/21/14

I've been checking on various Fridays all winter and finally caught this one with a good signal. S4 over an S1 noise floor but deep QSB, completely fading out at times. Lots of metal music. ID at 1559. AC/DC "Touch Too Much" and off at 1609. This one a University station in Moscow supposedly running 900 watts.
