Not heard here on 9580, 12065, or 12085 kHz Tuesday or Wednesday. They usually boom in here - except when Cuba relays CRI on 9570 for two hours and slops all over the band.

I also didn't hear New Zealand this morning on 9700. But I doubt that this is conditions. Gotta wonder what's happening Down Under!
