unID - 11865, 09Aug16, 1200+

Was looking for KNLS on 11870 (not heard) when I heard an English xmsn on 11865. Sounds like a domestic religious station with a YL host talking about news and issues with various commercials (including GEICO, internet addys and 800 numbers). Signal is weak and fadey - almost sounds like an image. So far (nearly 40 minutes of listening) no station ID heard. Nothing listed at Primetime Shortwave.

Later: It's Joyce Riley with the Power Hour.

A foreign IS and s/on heard at 1230Z but waayyy in the background. Also heard a second EE xmsn under this one with a M ancr.

Any ideas? Almost sounds like WINB programming, but nothing listed on this frequency. :(

Still later: Clear ID at 1300 as WWCR. Definitely sounds like an image or spur.

America needs a sense of humor...
