unID - 9723.4AM, 11/06, 2235UTC +

Obviously off frequency, unfortunately in unID language. It's not English, French, or Spanish; at times it sounds like Russian or Portuguese and at other times not. Not sure if it was "pop" music I heard or soft religious music, but the talk certainly sounds like it's rel-oriented. Signal S6 to S9 into WNY with some slight QSB. Still strong at 2343Z.

It would appear that it's Portuguese and it's a 10kW Brazilian listed on 9725 running 24 hpd. Heard network ID string at 0001Z 11/07, including mentions of Brasilia and Sao Paulo. Still strong at 0020Z.

America needs a sense of humor...
