AIR - 15140, 06/10, *1610

No sign of Radio Sultanate of Oman. All India Radio came on at 1610 with tone, then haunting IS (at first I thought it was Iran!). Program started at 1615Z with M and F talking. This xmsn is supposed to be in DRM but sounds like plain old AM. Quite weak and fadey.

Never heard them on 15140 before...
