Tennessee Stud? on 14313

At 20:10 on 14313 usb playing peppy guitar riffs & voice inserts--very piraty. Also some break-in cmtrys Strong here.

Music stopped at 20:18. Banter continued. Apparent perpetrator
sed he doesn't have a call sign. W5KAW chimed in to explain this
crime. Baby talk continued thru this interchange.

Stud sed that nobody at the yard sale where he bought his rig
told him he needed a call sign.
