At 0110 he mentioned power distribution. 0113 said "the US has a VLF xmtr at the South Pole similar to Tesla's experiments". Also mentioned one at Riga, in Russia. Some temporary technical problems at 0127-28. Signal only fair, S2 to S3, with a very high noise level.
