music on 1810 kHz, 01/10, 2335+

1,810 is in the CW segment of the 160 metre ham band, so there's not supposed to be any music there. But there is! I haven't heard a firm ID, but what I have heard is "AM 1490 and 93.5FM", a possible "Passport Radio", and a good oldies mix. The xmtr keeps cutting out but the modulation is quite good when it's on. Whoever is relaying this has a great signal into WNY: 20db over S9!

Would be a good-sounding station if they could fix the xmtr and get out of the ham band...

Appears to be an unauthorized SW relay of WKYW, in Frankfort, KY, which has a "Timeless Passport Radio" format.

America needs a sense of humor...
