Station came on at 1217Z with brass band playing the Nat'l Anthem, then into marching music. No ID as of 1230Z. S1 - S2 into WNY.

1244Z played Nat'l anthem again, 1245Z M ancr said something about radio station QRP twice and off. Signal got weaker during broadcast but never got better than about a S2.

Per another board the announcement was "Sousa Station QRT". Too much QRN to discern that here.

America needs a sense of humor...
