Sounds like what I've just heard. 6950.020USB, 22:23UTC, Sounded like techno-trance MX, then various punk metal tunes, (Was one of those Minor Threat?), Thought that I heard a single ID @ 22:45UTC and wrote it down as KILP. (I guess that wasn't right.), Then, heard 1st few notes of Kim Mitchell - Go For Soda, then off @ 22:46UTC. Signal faded from below noise level to peaking at an S4 with a guitar feedback note. At times, good bass response.
