Possible ID as Radio 6925, with a self-proclaimed "DX Extravaganza".

This clown has been jamming the frequency all day long; lotsa rebroadcast bits and heavy echo. Probably the one that relayed Azteca #5 (same audio break-ups). Just began Beatles "With A Little Help From My Friends", so maybe another outdated relay? Nope - into SSTV at 2200Z.

At one point he gave the email addy: radio6925@gmail.com.

Now he's gone up to 6940! Got no sense at all...

America needs a sense of humor...
