WOHR (Halloween Radio?) on 6925 Oct 23

OCT 23 / 6925 USB / 0231-0239*.
Caught "Monster Mash" @ 0231.  Station ID by woman announcer as "W-O-H-R."
Very noisy conditions at my location in Omaha--strong whooshing static here.
Another station ID ~0239 then gone.

Correction: "W-A-H-R" are the correct call letters.
