Saturday, September 7, 2013, 0149, 6919.8 am. Old time radio? 0153, Mentioned pirate radio, propagation, shortwave receivers, six thousand miles! Popeye joins in the talk at 0157. Narrow bandwidth signal, modulation not so good, just barely above the noise but I'm gonna guess this was a Radio Azteca relay.
