6955 USB UNID at 21:11

Non-rock music barely above QRN lvl.

Call it electro-pop...maybe This Is Not WMPR?

Presume this is the same UNIDer on 6955 USB around 0200 last night.
Off at 21:26:40 & back on at 21:27:30 with rock music & much better sig.

I'm bailing.
