Black Bandit - 6250AM, 07/27, 0020+

Fading up occasionally with pop music, then disappearing for long periods of time. Signal maybe S4 on peaks but readable due to low QRN level. M ancr at 0030. I believe this is Dutch.

Gradually improved a little until off at 0055Z with "good night."

America needs a sense of humor...
