Sounded like cut by Elvis Presley at first, then country at 0006Z. Music in English, anmts in something else. 0011 M ancr sez "This is Abu Dhabi Radio", then more country music (they seem to love it in the Netherlands!). Mostly weak and fadey signal, but peaked for ID at S7. Another ID at 0013.

America needs a sense of humor...
