Twangy Radio - 6925U, 10/21, 0020+

Supposedly "twangy" music (sounds more like heavy metal to me) and very thin audio. YL with ID at 0023 UTC, then gone. Decent signal into WNY - S5 to S6.

Back on at 0025 with repeated IDs. "Radio with a little twang to it". And what sounded like a CB clip.

America needs a sense of humor...
