I guess they could take over a TIS if there was one assigned to the area for events, but a Part-15 station would be great, and more DIY ham style.

Here's a big question, will they QSL for the 1620 info broadcast? I wouldn't be surprised if Hamvention got hundreds of requests for QSLs!
