Took 458 days after a written follow-up report was sent to South Bend, IN, and that was two years after entering two reports on their website, for a total of three years and three months, give or take a few days.

Whew! I was beginning to wonder if they would ever reply.

I guess the lesson is: Don't ever give up hope...
