Hi-hi... Whelp, what that means is various engineers will find out what it's like to try and avoid steppin' on piles of moose crap. (Yes, I do know that from experience.) BTW, does anyone have any news on the other HAARP-wise systems around the world? I know that Europe, Russia, China, and someone else is doing these blow torch experiments, but my question is do they have to watch where they step outside around the arrays? Hmmmmmmmmm???
