Yeah, well, what I want to know is how do I get on a committee to study this, request a couple million $$$$ in funding, come back in two years with results inconclusive, and request a couple million more $$$$, then when the investigation comes around to checking us out put out the "No schytt Sherlock!" answer, then bail? That is how this works, isn't it?
