I witnessed the transmitter being dialed in on 5130 khz last night around 12:00 am on the SDR. I could see the frequency being adjusted on the SDR waterfall for about an hr or so then off about 1:00 am give or take.The signal grabbed my eye as I knew 5110 khz was moving to this new spot free of data interference. I tuned in thinking oh crap looks like there is some new data on 5130 khz and was surprised to hear WBCQ transmitting.
