No, unfortunately it will never happen. Greed rules, darn it...

What i suggested to the LPFM ramrods was Non Profit, but NOT non-commercial. That way they could run a few minutes of low-key ads to pay the regular utility bills, at least. However, they wanted non-commericial and that's what they got. As a result, the LPFM license-holders always have their hand out to make ends meet.

I don't know which is worse: Ads, or begging. (gee, is there a difference?)...

America needs a sense of humor...
