Interesting, [artbell.com] Question is, will they accept Part #15 stations? I thought originally that there would be no commercials (CM), but break times for insertion on PSA's, PR's, ID's, etc. The way I read this stations must carry the "national" breaks, CM's that come with the show that are between the top and bottom of the hour, so I guess that LPFM's need not apply if there is commercial content. Still, there might be possible opportunity here. One can certainly ask, affiliates@artbell.com . The worst that they can say is "NO". There's another one looking for radio affiliates and that's John B Wells, [caravantomidnight.com] whom, from the way I understand it, was ousted off of Coast To Coast AM with no thanks to George Noory.
