The change-over is scheduled for 2017, so they have a while to enjoy analog FM. It also affects *only* the national networks, so the private stations may remain analog for quite a while.

Could be a tempest in a teapot. However, we face the same thing in the States with IBOC and if iBiquity wins, we all lose.
