Government Shutdown - Well maybe but later

So the House voted Yes on the budget to keep the government open. Sent over to the Senate who voted for a Continuing Resolution to keep the government open until December 17th, when they (the Senate) must vote for a yearly budget. So this has been put off until December 17th. Lot of storm clouds brewing in the Senate over a number of issues, not the least of which is the bailing out of Banks, yet again for gambling with depositor's money. What a screwed up mess.
