Re: TV analog CH6's to extend?

I don't find it surprising that the FCC would waffle on this issue, as they have waffled so many times before on many other issues. We have a FrankenFM here in the DC area (WDCN-LP, "Radio La Nueva 87.7") playing upbeat hispanic music. My "in house" LPFM on 87.9 effectively destroys their signal here, though.
