Received a rather vague eQSL from Macedonia Radio (formerly on 9935 kHz) from their new Technical Chief, who apologized for the FIVE year ELEVEN month delay and mentioned "the program (I) heard". Country #83 verified.

That took even longer than the card from WNOT. And it shows one should NEVER give up!
