Just received a full data eQSL for a Radio Spaceshuttle xmsn on 24 May - 84 days elapsed time. I hadn't realized that he was buying time on Bulgarian xmtrs. so NOT Finland for a new Pirate Country. Drat...

Still, new station QSL'd. And we now know that the eQSLs, at least, are in the pipeline.
