Is YVTO still operating?

I know several time stations have been "decommissioned" in recent years, including VNG, ATA, BSF, and HD2IOA. I've been hoping for a trace of YVTO but haven't heard anything from them. Can anyone in the deep South confirm whether they're still on or have left the air? TIA for any info.
