unID time station - 10 MHz, 03/02, 0200 UTC

Weak but audible under WWV and WWVH - but definitely *NOT* BPM (China). Heard five time pips leading up to the hour (0200Z) and some CW after (probably ID), then gone. Nothing in any of my references matches. Any idea(s)?
