Possibly. A search on www.part15.us might lead to more of these Part #15 CW'ers. Today, I'm hearing that GNK dude on 13.564MHz CW, even in AM mode. Peaks to about an S5 reading with pre amp on. I can even hear this on my A-99 CB antenna. Much weaker, but there it is. Then I also heard AM on 13.570MHz AM. Very weak and a lot of low audio FREQ. Could be VOA since they are allocated there. Some neat stuff within this Part #15 22M area. I wonder what folks with 20M beams can hear there? Hmmmmm....
