Well, since I'm gearing up to do 22M part #15 stuff on the FREQ of 13.560MHz AM soon, I did another band scan there this afternoon only to find what sounded like a 5WPM CW becon on 13.562MHz, 19:30UTC, 12/7/2013, very, very, weak, but there it was repeating "da-da-dit, da-dit, da-dit-da" or GNK over and over. I've heard of Part #15 becons, and if someone wanted to do Part #15 DX'ing then CW would be the way to do it. Anyone gander a guess whom or what this is? Has anyone else heard this?
