9420KHz AM, WTF is this?

Whelp, trying out a new antenna system and to show JG Tiger what it can get I was tuning on 31M and stumbled upon 9420KHz AM playing funky instrumental tunage around 01:00UTC, just crankin' out one tune after another, (Very WMPR-ish.), no ID'es, but great AM audio and signals varied from S7 to S9. Around 07:00UTC I tuned to it again crankin' out those funky INST tunes and waited for an announcement and top of the hour ID. Got neither, just continuos INST tunage. So, WTF is that?
