WWV outage

They were supposed to be off Tuesday and Wednesday (Feb 21th and 22rd). I tuned occasionally on Tuesday and they never went off. Wednesday they changed their announcement to include the 23st, and I found them off at 2100Z!

What did I hear on 10 MHz? Not a thing from WWVH, which should have bombed in, nor from BPM (China). Instead, PPE (Brazil) was audible weakly and there was a (presumed) trace of ItalCable with bits of music and some sort of data burst (first time I've heard them on 10 MHz), and there was some CW (maybe also ItalCable?).

They also changed the times that they're gonna be off: Between 1300 and 2300 (I believe Mountain Time).

Give it a shot tomorrow, the 23rd. Could be your last chance to DX something on 10 MHz other than WWV...
