GNK beacon - 13563CW, 01/17, 1740+

Noticed a very weak signal and managed to decode "GNK" repeating about ten times per minute. No QRM or QRN and only slight QSB. According to his website, this runs 4 milliwatts into an attic antenna from near downtown Madison, WI, (!!) so well worth the try.
