Checking out 10M propagation, before it tanked for the day, only to find this weird thing on 28.4249MHz USB at 21:50UTC. It sounded like audio being pumped from an Antonio Bandaras movie, (Unknown which one.) Decent audio quality with peaks to S8, then stopped at 21:57. Came back on 21:58 with TOP 10 IMPROVISED MOVIE SCENES. At 22:03 it was like someone turned-on a -20dB attenuator on it, but still audible. (Some one blow their finals, did they?) Gone to noise at 22:05. Well, didn't expect to find that in 10M.
