Ukraine "D" beacon

I've heard "D" (Ukraine Black Sea channel marker) on 16331 and 20047
so far today. It's on the Crimean peninsula. CBS News this morning said
that Russia is expected to "annex" Crimea.

Weak on 13527 & 16331 at 19:28, but not heard on 20047.
