Radio Magnetar putting a good signal into NH this evening, peaking S8-S9 staying nicely above the static (which is fairly low tonight).0116z Lot's of ID's and spacey music and effects... According to Wikipedia: "A magnetar is a type of neutron star with an extremely powerful magnetic field, the decay of which powers the emission of copious amounts of high-energy electromagnetic radiation". 0150z Signal has been coming up, now peaking S9+10

0153, just turned on the radio & found Magnetar. IDs now, my first time for this one. Hmm...after the IDs, a tone, then another ID. Guess I missed the show? Sounds like the address is magnetarradio@gmail.com? Thanks for the show! Andrew Admin |
