Pretty sure this is what I'm listening to at 2303 UTC with "Give Away Girl", oldtime country music. Good signal, more static on the bands tonight than Saturday. S7 in NY, SIO 333.

I can hear it but can't really make out more than when it is music and when the op is speaking.
0029 op speaking
0031 music and op voice (a short jingle)
0032 music female voice "After Midnight"
0036 op says something about "low power"?
0039 Able to notch out the beacon some here. Music with a male singer not rock and roll.
0047 female singer (possibly mellow country music).
0049 change in music. Now male vocals similar to the Everly Brothers
0051 Male op with deep voice speaking now
0052 thought I heard "Black Bandit Radio"

Black Bandit Radio, 9/7/10, 6325am, 00:40+, SIO 212 under static and UTE QRM. Hearing music - male vocalist. At 00:46 female vocalist. Very tough copy through noise. Still hearing music and just heard ID "This is Black Bandit" at 1:11 UTC. Music sounds like a polka at 1:12. Off at 1:22 UTC.
