0152z: Just tuned in to 6925 USB, heard WEAK Radio ID and good thumping audio. Don't recognize anything so far but sounds good and best signal I've heard from WEAK recently. Punching through heavy local t-storm crashes.
0212z: Bo Diddley
0230z: Some blues, signal faded a bit into heavy static crashes here, sounds like some John Lee Hooker, not sure about other songs.
0312z: Bananarama "Cruel Summer"
0330z: Faded to barely audible about 10-15 minutes ago. Seems to still be WEAK - some thump in the audio, but not clear enough now to ID anything.
0345z: Signal peaked just enough to copy WEAK ID.
0355z: National Anthem followed by what sounded like another station closer to 6924.8U.

WEAK Radio, 2 September 2010 from 0135 UTC tune-in on 6924.9 kHz, with a program of music of a different type tonight.

ID's as "W-E-A-K" at 0135, 0141, 0208 and 0217 (by a Female announcer) UTC.

0210 changed gears and played a Bo Diddley tune back from the days when they played on the syndicated show "Hollywood A Go Go," which I used to watch (especially those fantastic Gizzarri Dancers). Memories!

0217 mention of monkeys after ID, into a rock and roll musical selection, UNID here.

Nice S6 dB signal into northern New Jersey tonight and the static is absent!!!

Thank you for the program, WEAK.

Please QSL!

73's,
