WHYP, 8/15/10, 6875am, 00:43+ UTC, SIO 434 big nice AM signal, JB & Kracker talking about Boomer the Dog. Super audio ! Really clear highs and lows, even with the static noise on the band.

Starting at 1:02 some 20-30 second fades down into the static when you are talking,
but signal comes right back up. For some reason, signal stays solid during music. "Freedom of Choice"......Ouch! I spoke too soon, now on next song - fading in and out of static.

At 1:26 down below the noise floor
Just like back in the day - you're gone. I know you are there, so I get bits here and there - but really no copy at all. This used to happen all the time and it still sucks!!!!

WHYP, 6875 Khz, 0051, 8/14/10. Rock, "Broadcasting to North America with 200 watts of skull crushing power. This is WHYP." more music.

Very good signal. Maybe "skull crushing" if I turned the S800 all the way up.

0120 Signal has deteriorated to fair with mailbag.

Nice signal , steady 4 , noise 4 , intereference 5 but just now while playing the demo going out to Al Fansome the signal took a big dive to about a 1 , 2 at points but generaly a 1 , noise 3 , intereference 5

02:31 First tuned in using usb. In the S5-6 noise with pops, but can hear some tunes in there.
02:45 Possible WHYP IDs. Local T-storms and heavy rain now...
02:51 Sounds like JB and Kracker talking, in the FOOKin' noise, but I'm calling it WHYP.
03:05 Into a tune after the dialog, in the noise.
03:19 CRAP, know this song, in the noise, heard it when first tuned in...
03:22 Off...

Local sunset was at 02:06.
