UNID , 7/28/10, 6900am, 2:38+ UTC, SIO 212 right at noise floor in heavy static, playing music

At 2:59 signal faded up for a few seconds and I heard the "quiet numskulls, I'm broadcasting" clip. Then back into the noise.

02:47 First tuned in (usb), sig deep in S5 noise w/ pops.
02:49 Sounds like maybe voice, but still deep in the noise.

Local sunset was at 02:21.
