Got something but not sure what. Music, and some voice, but fades in and out.....anyone else? 2201-2236-UTC SIO222/will fade up to 444 but not long enough to get ID

UNID, 7/17/10, 6839.2am, 23:55+ UTC, SIO 212, unable to copy anything at all - signal is at or below noise floor. It sounds like maybe music.
