There are a number of powerful international broadcasters active on or near 7415 this season at this time. Likely sources for what you heard are China or VOA. 7415 has also started skipping long by 0100, and recently on many nights it's gone here (central Maryland) as early as 2300.

Besides, what pirate would play something as lame as a moldy old Madonna hit? It's not like this isn't being played several hundred times a day on one of several hundred Clear Channel stations.
